We’re super pleased and proud of Wymondham Town Football Club Ladies 1st Team team who have made it to the Norfolk County FA Cup Final for a 4th successive year.

After 2 weeks off due to storm Ciara and Dennis, Wymondham ladies were back in action on Sunday afternoon in their Norfolk County FA Cup semi-final game away against Sprowston.
The game finished Sprowston 0 – 4 Wymodham Ladies with goals from Goals from Freya Symonds, Katie Knights, Hannah Waters and Lauren Jade scoring hr first goal for the club.
Final score: Sprowston 0 – 4 Wymondham Ladies

Celebrating the win and getting to the Norfolk County FA Cup final for a 4th year.
In other new, the ladies also continued their cup run on Sunday 23rd February at home to Luton in the League Cup Quarter-Final.
It went all the way to extra time and after a goalless 120 minutes, with both teams having a chance to win it, the game went to penalties.
With Mollie O’Callaghan, Freya Symonds, Katie Knights, Brooke Cheal and Laura Nicholls all converting their spot kicks, the game finished 5-4, sending Wymondham ladies gloriously on to the semi-final.
Final score: Wymondham Ladies 5 – 4 (Pens ) Luton Town Ladies (0-0 AET)
