We offer a fantastic opportunity to join a supplier of Fresh Produce. We require an experienced Production Supervisor to join the business in a key position to cover the night shift.

Due to exciting growth within the business, we currently offer an opportunity to join the production team in a permanent, full time position as Production Supervisor.

The position of Production Supervisor will report to the Production Section Manager and will ensure perishable product is packed efficiently, meeting customer requirements, and transport deadlines. Taking responsibility for the team and packing lines, the successful individual will be a key point of contact for team members, managing the team on shift, and will ensure all members are utilised to meet order demand, KPI’s, Quality, and Health & Safety expectations.

We require;

Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous supervisory role

Approachable, effective, motivating and driven management ability

Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors advantageous

ERP systems experience advantageous

Salary; £33k

The working hours are 40 hours per week, approximately from 11.00pm to 07.00am. Shifts are set to 5 nights per week, no weekend working
